Alfred Esene, BSc., MBA, PhD (Cand.), is the Founder and President of ClarityQuest Solutions Inc., a purpose-driven coaching and consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations unlock their potential, gain clarity, and achieve intentional, sustainable growth.
A dynamic force in the fields of personal development and organizational transformation, Alfred is a certified life coach, financial expert, project manager, Christian counselor, author, speaker, and respected community leader. His cross-sector expertise is united by one mission: to guide others in discovering their purpose, mastering their mindset, and living empowered lives — by design, not by default.

Alfred’s story is one of faith, perseverance, and transformation. After losing his mother at a tender age, he experienced the collapse of the emotional and educational foundation he once knew. His father, devastated yet determined, sacrificed everything — shutting down his businesses and selling assets to focus on raising his children. For four years, survival was the priority.
During those formative years, Alfred endured academic setbacks, toxic environments, and moments of deep self-doubt. But rather than allow adversity to define him, he chose to rise. With no mentor, coach, or clear roadmap, he began rebuilding his life from the inside out — fueled by grit, anchored in prayer, and guided by the unwavering belief that he was made for more.
What began as late nights of self-study and personal reflection eventually became a disciplined journey of growth. Inspired by a powerful encounter with the teachings of Jim Rohn, Alfred committed himself to a life of clarity, purpose, and service.
Alfred brings a powerful blend of academic achievement, lived experience, and purpose-driven leadership to his work. He holds academic credentials from Cardiff University, Harvard Business School, Oxford University, and MIT, along with numerous certifications and professional licenses from globally respected institutions. Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Christian Counseling, Alfred continues to deepen his impact in faith-based emotional, relational, and leadership development.
His journey includes a season in medical school, following the successful completion of his pre-medical studies. But during that time, Alfred realized that while medicine was noble, it did not fully align with the deeper calling he had envisioned. With the support of a trusted mentor and coach, he made the courageous decision to realign with his true purpose—a path of guiding others toward clarity, healing, and transformation.
Professionally, Alfred has served across continents and sectors, working with respected institutions such as the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, the Government of Alberta, and leading Canadian financial institutions. These experiences shaped his rare ability to bridge strategic insight with compassionate leadership—empowering individuals, families, and organizations to lead with conviction, navigate transitions, and live on purpose.
