- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
- If we cancel or reschedule a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered promptly.

All sessions are private and confidential. We will not share any details without your written consent unless required by law or where safety is at risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
ClarityQuest Solutions Inc., including Alfred Esene and all affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or injuries arising from your use of our services or materials.

All website content, coaching materials, tools, videos, and branded resources are the intellectual property of ClarityQuest Solutions Inc. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
6. User Conduct
